Charee's Sweet Escape is a small baking business owned and run by Charee Ilos, out of Salinas, California. Established in 2013, Charee quickly gained traction by carefully perfecting her technique in producing the coveted French Macaron. With over 10 years in operation, Charee's offerings have expanded to include specialty cakes, artisan mixed chocolates, and pastries.

Branding was developed in the early stages of the company to help establish a recognizable presence, whether online or in person at a pop-up market. The logo design and color palette play off the whimsical nature of sweets with the elegance and romance of a patisserie.
