On Location is the official hospitality provider for the Paris 2024, Milano Cortina 2026, and Los Angeles 2028 Olympic & Paralympic Games.

In preparation for the Paris 2024 Summer Games, On Location's Workforce Operations team was tasked with the training and transfer of knowledge to a global workforce of over 2,300.

Throughout the lead-up and duration of the Games, urgent updates and key information from Functional Area leads were communicated to the global workforce through various platforms.

Creative assets from the Paris 2024 Organizing Committee were used as building blocks to develop an onboarding and training experience that visually aligns with the overarching Paris 2024 brand.
