On Location is the official hospitality provider for the Paris 2024, Milano Cortina 2026, and Los Angeles 2028 Olympic & Paralympic Games.

In preparation for the Paris 2024 Summer Games, the On Location Workforce Operations team was tasked with the training and transfer of knowledge to a global workforce of over 2,300.

Training decks were built on Microsoft PowerPoint using Paris 2024 Official Hospitality-branded templates to compile and format key information into visually dynamic slides.

Slides were designed with high regard to ensuring final presentations adhered to branding guidelines and were visually balanced, proofread, and polished for distribution.
